#Can we talk about how Leia is the ultimate BAMF? #She’s brought up a princess and could easily live a cushy life of luxury if she wants #if she stays in line she’s not going to be terribly affected by the empire herself #she’s surrounded by people we know essentially wanted to treat her like a dress up doll #But by the age of 6 she has an incredible interest in politics#By the age of 16 she’s going to university and specifically studying subjects the empire wants to suppress #She becomes the youngest senator in history at 18 #and then decides that’s not enough- she’s going to become one of the leaders of the rebellion against the empire #And when she’s caught by Darth Vader himself she doesn’t even flinch- and then proceeds to hold up under pretty horrific torture #keep herself together even after witnessing the destruction of her entire planet #and still have enough snark left to sass what she thinks is a stormtrooper who could very well be there to torture her again #Oh and let’s not forget- she’s also the best shot in the series #Princess of Alderaan and Queen of my heart TBH
