I always find Morgana hilarious in episode 1 of series 3, when she and Morgause are preparing that mandrake root. You can just tell she hasn’t the faintest idea what’s happening throughout the whole scene and then she gets completely distracted by having inappropriate hots for her sister.

Okay seriously, this is why I don’t get people who hate the smirk. LOOK AT HER. LOOK AT HER SMIRKING. Is she not the most gorgeous person you have ever seen when she is SMIRKING LIKE THAT?

This isn’t The Smirk tho. This is a sweet, hesitant, subtle, lovely smile that lights up her face, directed at Gwen because some small soft part of her still craves Gwen’s affection and loyalty even after everything, and she’s really pleased that (she thinks) she has it. And because Gwen inspires such smiles in a person if we’re being honest.

The Smirk however. You know it when you see it. *g*
